Services offered: childhood (0-5 years)
Ateliers et répit : Halte-garderie
Workshops on social skills development, fine motor skills development and total development will be offered every morning. This is a pilot project for children aged 5 and under. The service is available Monday to Friday from 7:45 a.m. to noon in Saint-Hubert and Saint-Jean.
Schedule:
7:45 a.m. – 12h 30 p.m.
12:30 p.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Some of the services provided:
- Drop-in daycare services for children 0–5 years old;
- Short-term daycare (3 months);
- A much-needed break during a military member’s absence;
- Preschool workshops;
- Parents-and-tots periods;
- Etc.
Registration procedures of drop-in daycare
To register your children aged 0-5 for the daycare service, please proceed as follows:
- Download the registration form for the drop-in daycare ;
- Fill it out;
- Send it to the MFRC psychosocial reception, at the following address: info.crfm@forces.gc.ca and indicate for which service point you registrer. (Saint-Hubert or Saint-Jean)
Services offered: youth (5-17 years old)
The Military Family Resource Center offers training to young people aged 9 to 17, according to the request and the need of families to support the military lifestyle and the challenges of young people related to this reality. Several training sessions are offered to young people, such as: Ready to be alone! Babysitting and CPR courses. Classes are available at service points in Saint-Hubert and Saint-Jean, in English and French, depending on demand and registration.
The Saint-Hubert and Saint-Jean points of service, as well as the CICJ, offer entertainment services for children aged 5 to 12. These activities allow young people to get together and have fun in an environment that promotes integration with other young people from military families.
Connection opportunities through outings for young people aged 9 to 17 are organized by the MFRC - Montreal region. This allows young people from military families to socialize with each other, discover their region and discuss their realities. Parents are invited to register their child for these occasions via our portal: crfmmfrcmtl.ca.
